Sangram Awate

Sangram Awate serves as the Head of Employee Experience at F5 since August 2025. Previously, Sangram held the position of Senior Director, Head of Business Systems at Unity from February 2023 to June 2025, overseeing the Business Systems portfolio and leading global teams to deliver scalable IT solutions across core functions. Prior roles include Senior Director of Finance & People Technology at International Vitamin Corporation and Senior Director of IT Enterprise Applications at Belkin, where management of extensive enterprise applications portfolios was crucial. With a background in optimizing IT frameworks at Cisco, GE, and Capgemini, Sangram has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving efficiency and building high-performing teams throughout a diverse career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and further studies in Supply Chain Management and Software Application Engineering.
