Christine Schwarz

Christine Schwarz currently serves as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Faber-Castell Group since July 2024. Previously, Christine held multiple senior HR roles, including Head of HR Shared Service Center and Head of Payroll at Apollo-Optik from February 2018 to July 2024. Additionally, Christine was the Senior Team Head of Human Resources at BNP Paribas from February 2015 to January 2018 and the Head of Human Resources at dvn medienservice from October 2011 to January 2015. Christine began their career at sebaldus GmbH, where roles included Head of Payroll and HR-Controlling, Deputy Head of Payroll, and Personnel Administration from February 1996 to October 2011. Christine holds a Bachelor of Human Resources (CCI) from IHK Mittelfranken, completed between 2009 and 2011, and an industrial manager degree from the same institution, earned from 1993 to 1996.
