Bart Trench

Bart Trench has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Head of Compensation and Benefits at Protective Life since November 2015, where responsibilities also include Head of Benefits and Wellness and Senior Human Resources Partner. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo Bank from January 2005 to October 2015, HR Manager at South Trust Bank from 1999 to 2004, and ongoing service on the Board of Directors at Workshops, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
