Gisella Oliva Chang is the Regional Marketing Director Latam at Faber-Castell Group. Gisella has been with A. W Faber Castell Peruana S.A since 2002, where Gisella holds the title of Gerente de Marketing. Gisella has experience in marketing management, brand equity, communication, and portfolio optimization. Gisella is skilled in identifying consumer trends, needs, and launching products regionally and globally. Prior to their current roles, Gisella has also worked at PepsiCo as a Trainee in Marketing and at Philip Morris International as a Practicante in the area of Financial Planning. Gisella has completed various education programs including a Master's in Marketing & Commercial Management and certifications in Google Analytics and English for business and entrepreneurship.
