Liis Saar has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer experience and service industry. In 2011, they started as an Intern and Specialist at Swedbank. Liis then worked at payleven from 2012 to 2015, holding positions such as Business Development Executive, Head of UK Customer Service, and Global Customer Service and Retention Manager. After that, they joined Deliveroo as the Head of International Customer Experience from September 2015 to August 2017. Liis later worked as a Consultant at Qualitista from June to December 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Sr Director of CX at FabFitFun since April 2019.

Liis Saar has a BA degree in Business and Finance from Clare Business School, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Wealth Management from European University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009. Their secondary education was completed at Tallinna 21. kool from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on language and science. Additionally, Liis has obtained several certifications, including Product Management 101 from Udemy in February 2021, The Science of Well-Being from Coursera in May 2020, The Complete Web Developer: Zero to Mastery from Udemy in March 2019, and a Yoga Instructor Certification from Yoga Alliance Professionals in November 2017.
