Adam Dayton

Adam Dayton is an accomplished attorney currently working at Fabain VanCott since December 2016, specializing in tax and corporate law, including tax planning for corporate transactions, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and tax-related litigation. Prior to this role, Adam represented the IRS in Tax Court from September 2013 to December 2016, successfully handling six trials and settling approximately 200 cases within three years. Adam's legal experience also includes a summer internship at the U.S. Department of Justice's Tax Division in 2012 and a legal internship at Stirba & Associates in 2011. Educationally, Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brigham Young University—J. Reuben Clark Law School, an MS in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University, and a BS in Neuroscience from the same institution.
