Asger Nyman Christiansen

Asger Nyman Christiansen has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2011 they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark. From 2011 to 2015 they were a PhD student at the same university, developing a new method for representing and deforming a virtual 3D object as well as using this method for topology optimisation. From 2015 to 2017 they worked as a Software Developer at 3Shape, working as a full stack developer on a CAD application for dentists. From 2017 to 2021 they worked as a Senior Visual Computing Engineer at the Alexandra Instituttet, creating proof of concept tools. Since 2021 they have been a Senior Graphics Engineer at Cylindo, working on tool development for 3D content creation and photo realistic rendering. As of 2022, they will be a Graphics Engineer at Fable.

Asger Nyman Christiansen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2009, with a field of study in Mathematics and Technology. Asger then returned to DTU - Technical University of Denmark and obtained a Master of Science in Engineering in 2011, with a field of study in Mathematical Modelling and Computation.
