Ester Wells

Ester Wells has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent role was at Fable Data, where they served as the People & Culture Director since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mandara for two years as the Head of People & Culture. Ester also gained experience as an HR Consultant at Solis HR from 2013 to 2020, and as the Head of HR UK&US (Interim) at Wunderman Thompson UK from 2018 to 2019. Ester held the position of Head of Human Resources at Chelsea Apps from 2016 to 2018, and worked as an HR Consultant at Solis HR from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Ester worked as an SSC HR Generalist at OMV from 2011 to 2012, and as an HR Officer at aussieBum from 2010 to 2011. Ester started their career as an HR Manager at Binary-Bar Ltd., Subs. of Ogilvy & Mather from 2007 to 2010.

Ester Wells completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia from 2006 to 2009. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Bridge Business College in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Ester then attended the University of Westminster in 2017, completing a degree in Management and Leadership Development from the Westminster Business School. In 2020 to 2022, Ester enrolled in ICS Learn and obtained a Diploma in CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management. Additionally, they obtained the "Assoc CIPD" certification from CIPD in February 2015. Ester also acquired the "Kolbe Certified™ Consultant" certification from Kolbe Corp in June 2020 and December 2022.
