Joel Berger

Joel Berger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel started their career as an Insurance Agent at Peakbound in 2018, where they worked with a small team and successfully set up new insurance policies for Allianz customers. Joel was responsible for advising on coverage differences and addressing technical questions. In the same year, they joined O'Brien Glass Industries as a Sales Agent, assisting the sales team during the busy summer period. Joel'sresponsibilities included selling a glass repair service, resolving issues for existing customers, and troubleshooting CRM software problems.

In 2019, Joel joined iPipeline, where they held multiple roles. Joel began as a Systems Analyst, where they demonstrated their aptitude for analyzing and evaluating systems. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior System Analyst, showcasing their expertise in system analysis and design. By 2022, Joel was appointed as a Lead Analyst, taking on additional responsibilities in leading project teams and providing guidance as a subject matter expert.
