Latika Kapoor

Latika Kapoor has worked in the jewellery industry for over 13 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Jewellery Designer at Jouel Sculpt. In 2009, they moved to Mehrasons Jewellers as a Retail Operations Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of jewellery designers, graphic designers, and executing creative ideas for online and offline promotions. In 2011, they joined Genesis Colors Pvt Ltd as Manager of Retail Operations, managing Satya Paul's Prime Stores and annual business volume of over 18 Cr. In 2015, they joined I Say Organic as Manager Customer Experience & Sales, where they were responsible for managing a business of INR 3 Cr from the home delivery vertical, conceptualizing and executing the rollout of the First Retail Store & Cafe in Select City Walk Mall, and leading a team of Customer Service Executives, Drivers, Delivery Staff, and Packaging Boys. In 2017, they became the Head of Jewellery & Styling at FableStreet.

Latika Kapoor completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from AIMA between 2016 and 2018. Latika also took a course in Customer Experience Management from udemy in 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in How to Serve Customers Using Social Media from LinkedIn in March 2017 and Building Customer Loyalty from LinkedIn in January 2017. Latika Kapoor's educational background also includes attending Mothers international school.
