James Heslington

James Heslington began their work experience in 1996 as a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician at Gestamp. James then worked their way up to the roles of Assembly Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Engineer in the Paint Plants. From 2010 to 2017, they served as the Technical Support Shift Manager, overseeing the effective running of multiple manufacturing facilities across seven plants. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Fablink Group as the Head of Manufacturing Operations.

James Heslington attended Northumbria University from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Leadership and Management. Prior to that, they attended Durham Johnston Comprehensive, although the years of attendance and specific degree or field of study are unknown.
