Prior to this, they served as a People and Culture Advisor at Vita Mojo, HR and Office Manager at Vita Mojo, Talent + People Associate at Canda, Talent Acquisition Associate at Canda, PA to Head of Bank Legal at Close Brothers, and Business Operations Administration at Close Brothers.

Aliesha has a long history of working in people-focused roles, which has given their a deep understanding of what it takes to create a positive and productive work environment. In their current role at FabricNano, they are responsible for leading the people operations team and ensuring that all employee-related needs are met.

Prior to their work in people operations, Aliesha spent several years in talent acquisition and human resources. Aliesha has a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and supporting employees through every stage of their career.
