Zaweed Basha (Bashajee)

Zaweed Basha (Bashajee) has a comprehensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the steel and production operations sector. ZAWEED BASHA is currently the Director of Production Operations at Fabrimetal, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Head at Omega Steel Ltd from November 2020 to January 2022, where they oversaw overall plant production and safety, with a focus on achieving a daily rolling production target.

From March 2017 to June 2020, Zaweed held the role of Director of Production Operations and Plant Manager at Fabrimetal. ZAWEED BASHA also served as the Manager of the Steel Melting Shop at Vandana Global Ltd from July 2011 to February 2017. In this role, they managed the production of 300 TPD MS billets with a focus on maintaining quality and safe production practices.

ZAWEED BASHA started their career at Essar Steel Ltd in December 2004 as an Assistant Engineer and worked their way up, handling production shifts and ensuring safe work practices, specifically in the HDRI/HBI/DRI production areas.

Zaweed began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd in 2004 and SRAAC Ltd, Kurnool in 2003. Overall, Zaweed Basha (Bashajee) possesses a wealth of experience in production operations, plant management, and steel melting shop processes.

Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, Zaweed attended Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
