Janco Barnard

Janco Barnard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Janco started their career as a Junior Engineer at Tiger Brands, Parmalat South Africa & Parmalat in Africa, and Rhodes Food Group, gaining vacation work and training experience. In 2017, they joined Woolworths as a Junior Engineer. In 2019, they moved to BOLTFAST LIMITED, where they worked as an Industrial Engineer and later as a Project Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Industrial Engineer of Operations at Fabrinox (Pty) Ltd. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Commercial Manager before eventually becoming the Head of Sales in 2023.

Janco Barnard obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University in 2016. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Operations Research from the same institution, which they completed in 2018.
