Lauren-Faye Millingham

Lauren-Faye Millingham has extensive experience in people management and development. Lauren-Faye most recently worked as the Director of People at FACEGYM, where they have been employed since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of People at the same company from June 2019 to December 2019. Before joining FACEGYM, they served as the Head of People & Development at Soho House & Co from November 2017 to June 2019. Lauren-Faye also worked as the Recruitment Manager at The Ned from March 2017 to November 2017. Lauren-Faye held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cowshed - Soho House from August 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Cowshed from March 2014 to August 2014 and as the Assistant General Manager from November 2013 to March 2014. Their career started at DOVE SPA, where they worked as a Manager from June 2010 to August 2013.

Lauren-Faye Millingham started their education in 2007 at the University of Warwick, where they obtained a Fda Spa Management degree in 2009. Following that, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a BA Hons International Business Management degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2017, they obtained a certification in CIPD from Acacia Learning.
