Keith McNeil

Keith McNeil has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Keith is currently serving as the Director of Digital Product at Face Reality Skincare since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager from January 2022 to January 2023. Before Amazon, Keith held the position of Senior Manager, Product Management at Shutterfly, Inc. from October 2020 to January 2022, where they managed a team of Product Managers and focused on B2B product strategy and development for partnerships. From October 2008 to October 2020, they worked at Snapfish as a Product Manager, where they led platform integration for new partnerships and developed product requirements documents. Before Snapfish, Keith was the Project Manager - Partner Solutions at Hewlett-Packard, Snapfish Division from October 2006 to October 2008, where they scheduled, scoped, and managed website content releases for partner sites. Prior to that, they served as a Production Manager at Scene7 from June 2005 to September 2006, managing scheduling, production, and quality of online deliverables. Keith also has experience at Sybex, Inc as the Manager, Multimedia Development and Support from September 1999 to June 2005, where they managed a team and developed training programs. Keith'searliest work experience was as a Front End Supervisor at Costco Wholesale from December 1992 to September 1999, where they managed a large number of employees and was involved in hiring, evaluating, and training new team members.

Keith McNeil obtained a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Keith also completed General Studies courses at Napa Valley College and Solano Community College, with a focus on Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician.

In terms of certifications, Keith McNeil has obtained several, including "Become a Chief of Staff" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "National D Coaching License" from the U.S. Soccer Federation in October 2021, and "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Additionally, they are also certified in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum Alliance.
