About the Role:

Recruiter

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within Face Reality. This individual will collaborate closely with all levels of hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This position partners with the VP, People Operations to develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. This position reports to the VP, People Operations.  This is a hybrid position where you will work on-site in Danville Tuesdays-Thursdays and remotely Mondays and Fridays.   *Please also note that we are not in a position to support Visa sponsorship at this time.

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting plans
  • Educate and train hiring managers on assessment and hiring best practices
  • Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date by working with managers
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members
  • Participate in the interview process, as needed
  • Responsible for the background check process and ensuring new hires complete 
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact and up to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the HR Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Ensure interviewing and hiring processes adhere to all equal employment opportunity legislation, the Americans with Disability Act, and other government compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with scheduling and interviewing tools, such as MS Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lattice, Gusto and DocuSign a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Multi-state hiring experience a plus. 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR databases preferred
  • Proven ability to communicate and establish good relationships with all levels of management and employees.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • High ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

Salary Range: $76k - $95k plus bonus and full benefits
