Leandro Mahía

Leandro Mahía has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Leandro currently works at Facephi as a Technical Lead since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior C++ Developer at the same company from August 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Facephi, Leandro worked as a Software Engineer at K-LAGAN, Thales from July 2019 to March 2020. Leandro was involved in government projects, developing mobile SDKs focused on security and identification using C++.

Leandro also has experience as a Freelance Software Engineer, working on their own company from December 2018 to August 2019. Leandro developed a progressive web application using Angular 8 and the Ionic Framework for UI development.

Previously, Leandro worked at Gemalto as a Software Engineer. From November 2017 to December 2018, they were involved in improving and developing internal algorithms based on image recognition and IQA. Leandro also worked on developing APIs in C++ for inclusion in other products and creating libraries supporting Android and iOS platforms.

At Swiss Mobility Solutions, a Gemalto company, Leandro worked as a QA Engineer from March 2014 to May 2015. Leandro was responsible for test case design, regression testing, unit testing, and using automated testing tools with Python.

Leandro'searly work experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Business Solutions Pyme Up from June 2013 to December 2013. Leandro developed webpages, plugins, and worked with PHP, JavaScript, and content management systems like Wordpress and Joomla.

Leandro Mahía pursued higher education in the field of Computer Science. Leandro first obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Universitat d'Alacant in an unspecified time period. Following this, they went on to complete a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed between the years 2014 and 2015.
