Michael Marchetti

Michael Marchetti has over 25 years of experience in finance and executive roles. From 1993 to 1996, they were an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Michael then moved on to Merrill Lynch, where they were a VP Investment Banking from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they became VP Finance at eCompanies and Chief Financial Officer at JAMDAT Mobile. From 2006 to 2011, they were SVP, GM Pogo, Social Games & Mobile at Electronic Arts. Michael then became Chief Executive Officer at Buffalo Studios from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they were also Co Founder & Board Member at Little Labs and Board Member, Chairman Audit Committee at TechStyle Fashion Group. In 2019, they joined SciPlay Corporation (Nasdaq: SCPL) as a Board Member. Michael is currently CFO & Executive Committee Member at Age of Learning, Inc. / ABCmouse.com.

Michael Marchetti attended Brooklyn Law School from 1991 to 1994, graduating with a JD Cum Laude. Prior to that, they attended Brooklyn College from 1987 to 1991, graduating with a BA Magna Cum Laude in Political Science & Philosophy.
