Chfm Brian Crum

Brian Crum, CHFM has a diverse work experience in the facilities management field. Brian started their career as a Facilities Condition Assessor for Parsons 3D/I in 2003, where they assessed and evaluated the conditions of various facilities. In 2006, they joined Spectrum Health as a Manager, FSS, overseeing facility projects and managing infrastructure improvements. At Spectrum Health, they were involved in the construction of a 260k sf addition at Blodgett Hospital and multiple unit renovations. Brian also managed various infrastructure projects, including landscape, elevators, powerplant, electrical system, fire alarm, parking ramp, envelope, roofing, fire suppression, and software management tools. In 2016, Brian joined Facility Health Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, they were responsible for providing real-time analysis of assets and monitoring maintenance and repair performance, among other duties.

Brian Crum, CHFM, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Facilities Management from Ferris State University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager from the American Society for Healthcare Engineers.
