Dave Tarkowski has extensive experience in business development and sales within the healthcare and medical sectors. Currently a retired Hospital Business Development Executive after serving at the University of Florida since March 2014, Tarkowski has held several key positions, including Southeast Area Sales Manager at Facility IT Group, where responsibilities included business growth in the hospital sector focusing on IT and telecommunications services. Tarkowski founded Leaders in Healthcare Medical Sales Management, engaging in networking, industry research, and discussions. Previous roles include Florida Business Development Manager at ARUP Labs, Southeast Sales Manager at Polymer Technology Systems, and District Sales Manager for both Fisher HealthCare and Quest Diagnostics. Tarkowski began the career as a Hospital Territory Manager at SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs. Tarkowski holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western Illinois University.
