Josh Carr

Josh Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Product Development at FacilityForce, where they oversee development and QA resources and plays a key role in strategic planning. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Wynne Systems, responsible for managing the development, delivery, and roadmap of two products. Josh also managed offshore development teams and gathered requirements for product enhancements. Before that, at AssetWorks LLC, they served as a Senior Product Manager, managing the requirements, development team, and delivery schedule of a core software product. Josh also held roles as Product Manager, Director of QA & Documentation, Senior Manager of QA & Documentation, and QA Manager at AssetWorks LLC, where they managed testing, packaging, documentation, and delivery of various software products, and oversaw the creation of automated test suites. Josh began their career as a Senior QA Analyst at MAXIMUS, Inc. and a QA Analyst at AEC Data Systems/AssetWorks. Josh also worked as a Technical Trainer at AEC Data Systems.

Josh Carr obtained a B.A. in Graphic Design and English from Indiana University Bloomington between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained the following certifications: Foundations from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in May 2018, PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in May 2018, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2012.
