Roger Russel

Roger Russel has over 16 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Currently, they are working as a Principal Engineer Backend at Facily, where they provide guidance on effective use of Golang and improves development practices. Previously, they served as an IT Executive Manager at Conductor, where they helped design system architecture and resolved architecture-related issues. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Dafiti, where they optimized the delivery system and collaborated with international teams. Roger also worked as a Fullstack PHP Developer at Locaweb, where they developed API integration projects, and as a PHP Developer at All in Mail and X-Ronas, where they worked on recommendation systems and a real estate portal, respectively. Roger Russel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2006 to 2009.
