Scott Weber

Scott Weber is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and business development across various industries. As Chief Executive Officer of More Bass ® since August 2015, Scott has led the creation of a pioneering social streaming platform and successfully secured seed funding from investors. In parallel, Scott founded Constant Concepts in January 2016, growing the design and development agency to significant revenue milestones while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. Additional roles include Director of Marketing and Business Development at FACT HVAC, Board Member at Thunderbird Field II Veterans Memorial, and pivotal positions within Premium Web LLC and the US Navy. Scott's achievements in operational readiness and innovative marketing strategies are complemented by a solid foundation in real estate. Scott obtained a degree from Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004.
