Ismet Caglar Tanrikulu

Ismet Caglar Tanrikulu is currently a Principal Scientist at Factor Bioscience Inc., with a background in developing cell therapies using engineered stem cells for human disease. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Scientist at Novellus, Inc., working on mRNA-based gene editing technologies for stem-cell therapy. Ismet also worked as a Research Scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Bioactive Synthetic-Collagen Hydrogels. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from Caltech, they have a strong academic and research background in the field.
