Sylwia Salamon

Sylwia Salamon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and rewards management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Reward & People Operations at Factor since August 2022, Sylwia previously held the position of Team Lead for HR Operations across Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria at Just Eat Takeaway.com from June 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Sylwia was HR Operations Manager at AXA XL, overseeing HR processes for various regions including the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and Bermuda, and leading initiatives related to myHR Oracle systems. Additional experience includes roles at XL Catlin and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on HR administration, data management, and process improvements. Sylwia holds a Master’s degree in English Philology and postgraduate studies in Management Psychology.
