Orli Arav

Orli Arav has extensive experience in the finance and investment industry. In 2020, they began their role as Managing Director - Head of Debt Funds at Lion's Head Global Partners, where they were responsible for overseeing the operation of four debt funds with a total AUM of USD600 million and an invested portfolio of circa USD300 million across 60 transactions. In 2021, they were appointed as a Non Executive Director at Factor[e] Ventures, and in 2022 they became a Non Executive Director at the MicroFinance Enhancement Facility. In 2019 they joined the Advisory Board of the Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA). Orli has also served as a Guest Speaker at London Business School in 2013, a Board Member of SN Power AS in 2018, a Board Member of CESOM-CENTRAL SOLAR DE MOCUBA, S.A in 2018, a Member of the Investment Committee of Facility for Investment in Renewable, Small Transactions (FIRST) in 2018, and a Managing Director at EMFin Advisory in 2018.

Orli Arav's education history consists of three degrees. From 1988 to 1991, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Tel Aviv University. From 1991 to 1994, they completed a Master's degree in Economics at Tel Aviv University. From 1994 to 1996, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for Economics.
