Milena Keratsinova

Milena Keratsinova has a strong background in operations and leadership roles. Milena worked at Factored Quality as part of the operations team. Prior to that, they founded Abaca Botanics where they implemented systems and processes to support day-to-day business functionality. Milena also worked as the Director of Operations at Western Shelter and Spar•Tek Industries, where they rebuilt operational processes and coordinated strategy development with department managers. Milena also has experience as a Plant Manager and Value Stream Manager at States Industries, where they oversaw operations and mentored employees to meet company goals. Milena started their career as a Structural Designer at Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering, P.C. and later worked as an Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Lead Designer/Sales Representative at Coastal Forest Products, where they provided design specifications, processed sales calls, and trained new staff.

Milena Keratsinova's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Forestry University in Sofia, Bulgaria. Milena pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Wood Technologies and Furniture Design & Manufacturing, which they completed in 2006.

In 2008, Milena enrolled at NHTI, Concord's Community College, for an Associate of Science degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering Technology. Milena studied there until 2011.

In 2013, Milena earned multiple Master's Certificates from Villanova University. Milena obtained certificates in Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. These certifications showcase their expertise in process improvement methodologies.

Additionally, in 2015, Milena attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business to obtain a Lean Manufacturing Certificate, further expanding their knowledge in manufacturing.

Milena also has additional certifications, including a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University. The exact dates when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
