We are currently looking for an exceptionally talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to uncover valuable insights that will drive strategic decisions and improve business performance. #LI-Remote

What you will be doing:

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured datasets for analysis.
  • Perform thorough data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

What you must bring:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, databases, and programming languages such as SQL, Excel, and PrestoSQL.
  • Experience in the Health industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with clinical coding systems such as ICD9/10 diagnosis codes, ICD9/10 procedure codes, CPT codes, revenue codes, provider NPI codes, and NDC Rx codes.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical analysis methods.
  • Experience consuming datasets from APIs, ETL, databases, or web scraping processes.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and database management systems.
  • Proficient in data visualization techniques using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience handling Excel Plugins and integrations with languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
