Andrea Lazo Franco has a varied work experience. Andrea has been employed at Factor since 2022 as a Customer Success. Prior to that, they were employed at Veris - Latinomedical S.A. from 2021 to 2017, where they held the role of Líder de Central Médica. As EJECUTIVO DE CAJA, they were responsible for collecting customer payments in all authorized forms, preparing the cash register and sending it with all the supporting documents to accounting in a timely manner, and responsible for depositing the income in designated bank accounts. As ANFITRION, they were responsible for assigning appointments only in priority cases and procedures in the medical center, providing information, advice and guidance before and after the attention, and delivering examination results to the customer.

Andrea Lazo Franco has a diverse education history. Andrea began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended Golden Bridge Academy to study English as a foreign language. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil and obtained an INGENIERA EN GESTION EMPRESARIAL INTERNACIONAL degree in GESTION EMPRESARIAL INTERNACIONAL. In 2019, they enrolled in EAE Business School and obtained a Dirección en comunicación y responsabilidad social corporativa degree. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, CX SUMMIT EC from IDE Business School in August 2022, and AGILE LEADERSHIP from The Breaking Lab in August 2021.
