Miguel Gonzalez Prats

Miguel Gonzalez Prats has extensive work experience in the technology and engineering field. Miguel currently holds the position of Engineering Director at Factorial HR since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at fonYou, where they held various roles including Deputy Director of Global Tech, Head of Telecom Development | Customer Solutions, Head of Telecom Development, Tech Lead, and Telecom & Systems Engineer. In these positions, they were involved in technical leadership, project management, team coordination, and pre-sales technical assistance. Before fonYou, Miguel worked as a Software Developer at TechIDEAS, where they focused on designing and implementing fleet control embedded software solutions for taxi, ambulance, and transport truck companies.

Miguel Gonzalez Prats received their Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1999 to 2006. Miguel then pursued a Master Thesis in Biometry/Biometrics at Università degli studi Roma TRE in 2006. In 2010, they obtained a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Most recently, in 2021 to 2022, they completed a Master of Science in Dirección from La Salle BCN.
