Bakhtawar began their career as an Assistant Operations Manager at Arrowhead Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with different departments to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget. They also helped develop new operational procedures and managed the implementation of these procedures.

In December 2019, Bakhtawar transitioned to Thrasio, where they worked as an Inventory Planner in the Due Diligence department. In this role, Bakhtawar was responsible for managing the inventory of newly acquired companies and working collaboratively with the US office. They also worked closely with brand managers and finance teams to determine the final acquisition decision of potential new brands. Additionally, Bakhtawar was responsible for identifying potential supply chain risk and challenges, proactively reporting issues to finance, analysis and operations teams throughout the on-boarding process.

In August 2021, Bakhtawar transitioned to their current role as Inventory Manager at factory14. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including forecasting, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution. Bakhtawar is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory turnover and control costs.
