Paula Santos Hevia-Aza

Paula Santos Hevia-Aza is currently the M&A Integrations Lead at factory14. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant for EY from September 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for strategic projects within the telecommunications industry with global impact, carried out under agile methodology.

During their time at EY, Paula took part in the global definition, timeline, analysis and coordination of an international corporate restructuring operation with impact in 9 countries, leading the PMO of the operation together with C-level counterparties. Paula also participated in the definition and deployment of an intragroup carve-out and transfer of the Cloud business (+800M€ and +2.500FTEs) of a leading Spanish TMT company. The operation involved over 7 geographies, multiple stakeholders, conducting due diligence on 100+ supplier contracts and assets to be transferred as well as cross-referencing these assets with P&L.

After the sale took place, Paula provided follow-up and support in the post-carve-out activities, ensuring the fulfilment of the commercial agreement between the parties. Throughout their time at EY, Paula displayed the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, a team of 6 people and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail.

Paula Santos Hevia-Aza has a MBA in Digital Marketing & E-commerce from ThePower Business School, a Master's Degree in Business Consulting from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Dual Bachelor in Business Administration and Law - B.B.A & L.L.B from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, Marketing, Management from University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
