Job description

FactoryFix is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to maximize growth and retention across an assigned client portfolio. You will oversee onboarding new clients and ensure their continued success and expansion. If you have an aggressive, entrepreneurial sales mentality and enjoy working closely with clients, this is the perfect opportunity.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage onboarding and ongoing account management for an assigned book of clients
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within accounts for upsell and cross-sell
  • Build strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders
  • Proactively address client needs, concerns, and requests
  • Develop account growth and retention strategies and execute targeted campaigns
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify expansion opportunities
  • Track account metrics and forecast projected growth and churn risks
  • Coordinate with Customer Success on client renewals and expansions
  • Maintain expert knowledge on FactoryFix's solutions and value proposition
  • Travel to client sites to build connections and run events/dinners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a strategic account management or client success role
  • Experience managing an account base and client portfolio
  • Outstanding relationship-building and client service skills
  • Ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within accounts
  • Strong presentation, communication and closing skills
  • Creative mindset combined with sales drive and work ethic
  • Experience coordinating with various internal teams
  • Willingness to travel to client locations frequently
