Jon Paulus is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business analysis, product ownership, and quality assurance across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Business Analyst at Factual Data since November 2020, Jon collaborates in an Agile environment to oversee user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with regulatory banking requirements.
