Kirsty Shaw

Kirsty Shaw is an Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates since September 2023, concurrently serving as a Tutor in Contract & Unjustified Enrichment, Evidence, and Commercial Law at The University of Edinburgh. Previously, Kirsty worked as a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor at Brodies LLP from July 2019 to September 2023, and as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Campbell Smith LLP from January 2017 to July 2019. Kirsty's legal career began as a Legal Assistant at Allan McDougall, Solicitors, where involvement in a Fatal Accident Inquiry in Glasgow marked a significant early experience. Kirsty holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honours from the University of Aberdeen.
