Nader Costa

Nader Costa began their work experience in 2005 as an Accounting Officer at Khoury Home Appliances, where they managed sales operations and provided customer support. In 2012, they joined Bank Audi as a Branch Operations Officer and later transitioned to the role of Officer in the Electronic Banking and Card Services Department. From 2016 to 2020, Nader worked as a Business Analyst at Bank Audi, where they were selected to be part of the Retail Teller Stream, implementing the new Core Banking System. Nader built strong relationships with cross-teams, analyzed business processes, and executed testing scenarios. Nader also led integration and migration strategies and provided training to over 2000 bank employees. In 2022, they joined FADEL as a Senior Business Analyst.

Nader Costa obtained their bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lebanese American University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In 2009-2010, they also completed the Internal Audit Program Certificate from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors. In 2016, they obtained the Lebanese Financial Regulations Certificate from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

In addition to their formal education, Nader Costa has acquired several certifications. In March 2022, they obtained the Agile Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn, and in the same month, they also completed the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google. In June 2023, they acquired the Business Analysis Fundamentals certification from Udemy. Lastly, in July 2023, they obtained the Fundamentals of Agile Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
