Richard Jungkind (Log and SCMgt)

Richard Jungkind, MBA (Log and SCMgt), has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Richard began their career in 1991 as a Plant Manager at Thomas & Betts and later held positions as Operations Manager at Vicwest, Operations Manager at PTI Group Inc, and Regional Operations Manager at AGC Glass Company North America. In 2014, they served as the Operations Manager at Powell Canada Inc. Richard then became a Special Project Manager at JELD-WEN, inc. in 2015. Richard also worked as a Principal at TAYCON Manufacturing Consultants from 2012 to 2017. Most recently, they held the role of Director of Western and Central Canadian Operations at Sun Gro Horticulture.

Richard Jungkind, MBA (Log and SCMgt), obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics from the Australian Institute of Business between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Ryerson University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B Tech). Between 1986 and 1990, Richard pursued further education at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration.
