Deborah McHugh

Deborah (Larkin) McHugh is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality at Fagron Sterile Services US since July 2022, Deborah leads quality assurance, quality control, training, and regulatory functions for a 503B Compounding facility. Prior to this role, Deborah held significant positions at Fresenius Kabi Compounding, overseeing all quality aspects during the startup and growth of an FDA aseptic compounding facility. Deborah's earlier experiences include roles at Amgen, BioVex, Pfizer, and Bayer Diagnostics, where responsibilities encompassed quality operations, compliance, and documentation. Deborah earned a Masters Certificate in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
