Metin Ercan RC serves as the Finance Manager EMEA at Fagron since November 2022, leading a team of finance professionals across the EMEA region and overseeing the implementation of a financial shared services model and a D365 ERP system. Prior experience includes roles at Topcon Europe Medical BV as Manager Business Process Control & QA EMEA, where Metin successfully managed teams and developed internal control frameworks, and at Vopak, where key contributions included transforming financial practices and managing various business controllers’ responsibilities. Early career experience includes positions at KPN, where Metin held multiple roles culminating as Senior Controller in the Corporate Procurement Office. Metin Ercan holds an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Twente.
