Maik Rusche

Maik Rusche has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on HR and legal roles. Maik most recently served as the Managing Director at FAI Aviation Group starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR, Legal, and Admin at the same company from June to September 2023. Before joining FAI Aviation Group, Maik worked as a Rechtsanwalt at plan-E by Elsässer from January 2021 to May 2023. Maik also held various positions at Lufthansa Group, Lufthansa Technik, Lufthansa, Lufthansa Systems, and Condor Flugdienst GmbH, where they gained extensive experience in works council relations, HR management, and legal matters. Maik began their career as a Rechtsanwalt at ZWEYDINGER Rechtsanwälte.

Maik Rusche completed their education from 1992 to 2001. Maik obtained a degree in law from Freie Universität Berlin in 1998, and later pursued further legal education at Kammergericht Berlin, where they completed their 2. jur. Staatsexamen in 2001.
