Lanphuong do

LanPhuong Do has a strong background in social compliance and accreditation, with experience working for the Fair Labor Association as the Director of Social Compliance and Accreditation. In this role, LanPhuong oversees the company accreditation program and ensures that the team is equipped to evaluate member companies against Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing and Production principles. LanPhuong also tracks the progress of member companies in improving their social compliance programs. Prior to this, LanPhuong held the position of Senior Regional Manager Southeast Asia and Regional Manager South East Asia at the Fair Labor Association, where they represented the organization in executing programs and facilitated meetings and trainings.

LanPhuong also has experience working for adidas group as a Senior Manager and Manager of Social Environmental Affairs, where they focused on supplier monitoring, training, and capacity building. Additionally, LanPhuong has experience as an HR/Compliance Manager at SUY Group - Korea and as a CR Specialist at Kanaan Co.,Ltd.

LanPhuong Do completed their Master of Science - MS degree in Supply Chain Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. LanPhuong attended the school from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, LanPhuong obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Social Science & Humanities University. LanPhuong majored in Inter Journalism in the Faculty of Literature - Journalism during their time at the university from 2001 to 2005.
