Senior Manager Of Workplace Experience at Fair Trade USA

Michael Carman began their work experience in 1987 as a Sales Specialist at Meadows Camera. Michael then worked as a Sales Specialist until 1994. In 1996, they joined JCPenney as a Visual Merchandiser and stayed until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Sign Designer at Sign Designs. In 2003, they became the Starbucks Manager at OBRIENS MARKET until 2006. Since 2006, Michael has been with Fair Trade USA, starting as an Office Manager and currently serving as the Director of Front Office Operations. During their time at Fair Trade USA, they demonstrated growth and responsibility within the organization. In addition to these roles, Michael also worked as a Professional Photographer at Miss Michael Russell Photography from 1987 to 2005.

Michael Carman attended Modesto Junior College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Photography, Color & Design. Before that, they completed their high school education at Escalon High School from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Michael Carman has obtained certifications in COVID-19 Training for Employees: A Certificate for Healthy Workspaces from DKG Media LP Career Learning and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
