Nolan Church

Nolan Church is currently the CEO of FairComp and a podcaster at Turpentine, hosting the HR Heretics Podcast. Previously, Nolan was the Co-Founder and CEO of Continuum, and held positions as Chief People Officer at Carta, Head of Talent at DoorDash, and Recruiter at Google. Nolan also served as a Marketing Program Manager at Apollo Group. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Orleans.
