Deepak Khatri

Deepak Khatri is a Biochemical Engineer currently working at Faircraft since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Postdoc Researcher at INSERM from 2019 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Borsista di Ricerca at University of Brescia and a PhD scholar from 2015 to 2019. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Research Associate at Mitra Biotech Private Limited, where they worked on Cancer Biology with eminent scientists from Harvard University and MIT, Boston. Deepak provided assay support for the company and tried to find effects of various drugs and drugs combinations on tissue extracted surgically from cancer patients. Before this, they were a Scientist trainee at Biocon from 2012 to 2013.

Deepak Khatri completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) at Maharshi Dayanand University from 2006 to 2010, majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Deepak then went on to obtain their Master of Pharmacy at Manipal University from 2010 to 2012, majoring in Biotechnology. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD at the University of Brescia from 2015 to 2018, majoring in Molecular biology and genetics.
