Jessica Karle

Jessica Karle is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Design Manager at Faire since September 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Founder and CEO at Companion from June 2019 to May 2022, creating a trusted shopping experience for home products. Jessica also acted as the Interim Head of Design at Faire, where responsibility included building the design hiring strategy. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Digital Design at Everlane, Lead Product Designer at Paperless Post, Co-Founder and Author at Kern and Burn, and Designer at Montalba Architects, among others. Jessica holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from Miami University.
