Marc Adee

Marc Adee is the current President of Crum & Forster Holdings Corp. at Fairfax. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of CoverX Corporation from November 2013 to January 2015, and the CEO of First Mercury Financial Corporation from November 2013 to January 2015. From March 2003 to January 2015, they were the President of Fairmont Specialty. Marc also served as the CEO of American Management Corporation from May 2011 to October 2013, and the President and CEO of Seneca Insurance Company from October 2009 to March 2011. Additionally, they were the Chief Actuary and Chief Financial Officer of TIG Insurance from July 2000 to February 2003, and the Chief Actuary and Chief Financial Officer of Burlington Insurance Group from January 1997 to December 2000. Prior to that, they were the Chief Reserving Actuary of Coregis from January 1993 to December 1997, and the Manager of Arthur Andersen from January 1991 to December 1993. Marc began their career as a Consulting Actuary for The Wyatt Company from January 1987 to December 1991.

Marc Adee has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in ISP and Math from Northwestern University, and they graduated from Waukegan East High School.
