Bridget Sefa

Bridget Sefa, M.S. Ed, is an experienced school counselor currently serving Fairfax County Public Schools since August 2024. Prior to this role, Bridget Sefa worked as a school counselor at Manassas City Public Schools from July 2019 to August 2024 and as a College Success Coordinator/College Counselor at Mosholu Montefiore Community Center, Inc. from February 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a school counselor at ILCHS from June 2014 to July 2015.
