Naima Wareham Davis

Naima Wareham Davis, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at Fairfield Residential since August 2022. Prior to this role, Naima was the Benefits & Total Rewards Advisor at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP from July 2018 to April 2022. Naima's experience also includes serving as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Kyocera International, Inc. (North America) from April 2015 to July 2018, and various roles within the San Diego Padres’ HR department between June 2009 and April 2015, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Specialist for Benefits & Compensation, Coordinator, and Assistant.
