Bradley Rogers

Bradley Rogers is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in network strategy and planning. At PepsiCo, from January 2021 to November 2024, Bradley served as the Supply Chain Command Center Director and Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Network Strategy, where responsibilities included leading a multibillion-dollar network redesign project and mentoring team members to foster growth and customer loyalty. Previously, as a Supply Chain Planning Manager, Bradley effectively managed planning for the Northeastern United States, achieving record low out-of-stock percentages and implementing optimization strategies. Currently, Bradley is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Fairfield University, building on an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, earned with Gold Honors.
